For the second year in a row, The Play Brigade fielded a team of runners at the BAA 5K in Boston. The Play Brigade’s team of 23 runners joined a field of 10,000 competitors in the 3.1 mile race held the weekend of the Boston Marathon. In addition, each runner raised funds that supported the fundraising efforts of The Play Brigade’s 4 marathon runners in a unique “adopt a runner” program. The Play Brigade will also be fielding teams at the BAA 10K on June 26, 2016 and the BAA Half Marathon on October 9, 2016.
